July brought a new offer on the house... And we have now sold it! We are sad to leave it, but we have had some good closure the last time we were in Madison. It was the perfect first home.. And we made sooooo many memories there.. We will miss it. We wish the new owner the best of luck with good old 233 W Sunset Ct. Here is a picture of the new paint and roofing job!! Very nice!
We are ending the month by moving into another townhouse in order to save more $$ for a downpayment and to look for a new home! I do believe there might be a world record for the size of this new place though.... very very small. ;) Hopefully we will have a new house to live in and make new memories in, within a few months.
Tolkien visited the dentist for the first time, and got to have his teeth cleaned by auntie Jenny!! I realized there havent been too many pic perfect moments latley so I need to get shooting!!
