Perfect Fall Days

There are some days, when I am soo happy I have a camera! Fall provides some of the most awesome backrounds! The kids have had some fun at an apple orchard and then we raked up a bunch of leaves in our backyard and Lulah took her first leaf jump! Fall is great! Hope you are well

Piggy Flu & New Countertops!

So it was a good news, bad news sort of week.

Our Lulah got the Swine Flu, yeah thats right I said it... Much more fun to say than H1N1.

She is feeling much better and her sass is back. after 3 days of pure sleep.

But the good news is, the exterior of the house is complete, and we got the right countertops installed! Yay!! Only 20 days left til move in!! Can't wait.

On another note,, We hope you are all staying healthy, and are doing well!

On the 27th day.... We have Light!!

We are so excited to have lights on our house now! Yay! And our kitchen is almost finished, exept that they installed the wrong counter tops, but by next Wed they should be fixed! So exciting!

Just passin time..

As we pass these last 27 days til our home is OURS... We are enjoying our family! Talulah loves sitting on Grandpas shoulders and slapping his head!
Great Aunt Mary came to visit, and met Lulah for the first time!

Tolkien cut his own hair..... ugh, and right before picture season!

And Lulah is loving mom's heels!!

Oh SNAP..... We've got Cabinets!!

Hey everyone... Yes its official, we have cabinets, and carpentry... Ooooh sooo exciting!! I wonder what is coming next!

Slowly but surely...

So the house is coming along nicely, but if you are like me and have NO PATIENCE!!! Then it takes a while. We went in and were pretty excited to see the boxes and boxes of cabinets! Yay, so soon we will have cabinets to look at, now if I could just keep myself from going there til they were done with them,,, yeah right. ;)

But the paint on the interior is complete along with the stone work on the exterior. And there was a bit of a hiccup with the paint on the outside of the house so that is coming soon. Enjoy the pics!
